Olive tapenade, a delicious snack with European organic olives from Greece

The best snack to enjoy a great evening with family and friends base only on pure and delicious products!! Like a tapenade with European organic olives from Greece!

 

Olive Tapenade:

  • Ingredients:
    • 1 cup European organic black olives, pitted and chopped
    • 1 cup European organic green olives, pitted and chopped
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 2 tablespoons capers, drained
    • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
    • 1/4 cup European organic extra-virgin olive oil
    • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • Instructions:
    1. In a bowl, combine the European organic black and green olives, minced garlic, capers, and fresh lemon juice.
    2. Gradually stir in the olive oil until the mixture reaches your desired consistency.
    3. Stir in the chopped parsley.
    4. Serve as a spread on crusty bread or as a topping for grilled meats.
