Olive Tapenade:
- Ingredients:
- 1 cup European organic black olives, pitted and chopped
- 1 cup European organic green olives, pitted and chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons capers, drained
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup European organic extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine the European organic black and green olives, minced garlic, capers, and fresh lemon juice.
- Gradually stir in the olive oil until the mixture reaches your desired consistency.
- Stir in the chopped parsley.
- Serve as a spread on crusty bread or as a topping for grilled meats.
