Muffuletta Sandwich, the traditional American sandwich with European organic olives

As we all know who doesn't love sandwiches? A good sandwich is one of the best way to enjoy a delicious meal!!

Let's see now one of the most famous and delicious US sandwiches with European organic olives and olive oil!!

  • Ingredients:
    • 1 round Italian bread loaf
    • 1/2 cup European organic black olives, sliced
    • 1/2 cup European organic green olives, sliced
    • 1/2 cup giardiniera (pickled vegetables), chopped
    • 1/2 cup roasted red peppers, sliced
    • 1/2 cup salami, sliced
    • 1/2 cup ham, sliced
    • 1/2 cup provolone cheese, sliced
    • European organic olive oil
  • Instructions:
    1. Cut the Italian bread in half horizontally.
    2. Layer the European organic black olives, green olives, giardiniera, roasted red peppers, salami, ham, and provolone on the bottom half of the bread.
    3. Drizzle with European organic olive oil.
    4. Place the top half of the bread on the layers.
    5. Press down slightly and wrap the sandwich tightly in plastic wrap.
    6. Refrigerate for a few hours or overnight to allow the flavors to meld.
    7. Slice and serve.
