Chicken with European organic olives and Lemon

One of the most favorite Sunday meals with the fanily in USA is the roasted chicken, and here we present you a delicious alternative of this fantastic meal with European organic olives and European organic olive oil from Greece. Spicy, juicy, amazing!!!! 

 

Ingredients:

    • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • 2 tablespoons European organic olive oil
    • 1 cup chicken broth
    • 1/2 cup European organic green olives, sliced
    • 1/4 cup European organic black olives, sliced
    • 1 lemon, sliced
    • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • Instructions:
    1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
    2. Heat European organic olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
    3. Brown chicken on both sides.
    4. Add chicken broth, European organic green olives, European organic black olives, and lemon slices to the skillet.
    5. Cover and simmer until chicken is cooked through.
    6. Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
